The Sandwich Generation is positioned in the middle with the complexities of caring for aging parents while supporting their own children. In this workshop series, a panel of experts will provide insight to survive and thrive for those who currently are, or anticipate becoming, a member of the Sandwich Generation.

  Learn tools to recognize the warning signs of stress and how to cope with the difficult feelings of caring for a loved one.
